You may use the assessment appeals form link (located above) to download the form to appeal to the Board of Assessment Appeals. The Board of Assessment Appeals can act on appeals of assessments on the October 1, 2008 grand list, including real estate, personal property and motor vehicles; and on the 2007 motor vehicle supplement. The appeal petition must be filed in the assessor's office no later than Friday, February 20, 2009.
