Curbside voting for physically disabled voters:
Curbside (drive-up) voting is available for those who are physically unable to enter a polling location. Call 658-3269 or 658-3267 to inform the Registrars that you will require this service on Election Day. We will schedule an appointment with poll site staff who will facilitate voting.
Absentee Voting:
Voters are reminded that absentee ballots are available to persons: 1) actively serving in the armed forces, 2) Absent from town during the hours of voting, 3) absent due to illness, 4) religious tenants forbid secular activity on the day of voting, 5) physical disability, 6) if duties as an election official prevent access to proper voting district. The deadline to request an absentee ballot is Monday, November 2. Ballots can be requested by the voter by calling the Town Clerk’s office at 658-3243.
Additional temporary handicapped parking will be available at Henry James/District 1.
